In re Sherman, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 60908 (E.D. Cal. July 16, 2009) (bankruptcy co-counsel on appeal; obtained affirmation of dismissal of malicous prosecution action v. Trustee's counsel; key to ultimate result was obtaining stay pending appeal without a bond of initial bankruptcy court remand ruling).
In re Thiara, 285 B.R. 420 (9th Cir. B.A.P. 2002) (reversal and remand regarding conversion portion of damage award, balance of award sustained).
In re Stockton Golf & Country Club, 651 B.R. (Bankr. E.D. CA 2023) (valued golf course at $4,150,00 over objection of Bank, which asserted a $7,800,000).
